NMO to 3/8" x 24 threaded antenna adapter.
This takes any antenna or whip with the 3/8" x 24 threading and will adapt it to any nmo antenna mount. Great for using your hf /10-11 meter whips on your nmo base. very well constructed.

I found what I had been looking for, for a while. Thanks to RW Antenna store I can now use the extra NMO amount I have in my shop. Going to experiment with single Ham Sticks. Thank you RW Antennas, y’all have the right stuff!
