This a 3 meter adapter/jumper. SO-239 on one end, SMA-female (Chinese HT like Baofeng/ Wouxun) on the other.
Uses very thin (RG-174) but low loss coaxial cable to reduce strain on your HT radio's antenna connector caused by heavier coax and provides a flexible jumper.
