Products being returned for warranty or non-warranty service must reference a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be obtained from Alpha Delta prior to return, or the product(s) can not be accepted. A proper return shipping address will be given with the RA. The reason for return must be stated along with the RA number. In addition to the above requirements, standard products returned for credit will be accepted only within 30 days of original ship date as shown on the invoice (copy of invoice must be included), subject to a 20% restocking charge. This only applies to product(s) in like new condition, unused, and in original packaging. Product(s) showing use, abuse, modification or abnormal wear will not be accepted. Wire antennas cannot be accepted under any conditions since they cannot be resold as new.
